With over two decades dedicated to the craft of baking and pastry, Master Ye stands as a China National Senior Technician and one of the most esteemed figures in the culinary and food industry. Internationally recognized for his technical mastery, Master Ye has served in prominent senior roles across Europe and Asia, contributing his expertise as a national consultant, technical advisor, and culinary development leader. His professional journey has taken him through Austria, France, Germany, and China, where he has guided innovation, elevated standards of excellence, and shared his knowledge with both industry leaders and aspiring chefs. Today, as our Technical Director, Master Ye works alongside a team of exceptional chefs to push the boundaries of culinary artistry—championing innovation, building lasting industry partnerships, and inspiring the next generation to carry forward the craft.

With over 30 publications and thousands of citations, Dr. Ding is a recognized authority in the field of hydrocolloids, food additives, and ingredients. Following his tenure as Head of R&D at one of the largest food additive suppliers in the United States, Dr. Ding has brought his expertise to our team. His leadership enhances our ability to optimize the application of every ingredient and additive in our collection. Based in Shanghai—the economic heart of China—he now leads a team of young talents in building a trusted and innovative research laboratory.

It was here that he refined his deep understanding of ingredients, bakery, and confectionery. His pursuit of excellence then took him across the globe in search of the world’s most renowned food producers. Today, he has anchored himself in Singapore—the global hub of logistics—where, with access to one of the world’s leading universities, he is building connections that unite the world of premium food.
